INVERNESS COUNTY: Route 252 Route 252 at Skye Glen will be reduced to one lane for clearing and draining until Tuesday, June 30. Traffic control people will be on site. A two-lane detour bridge will be used until a permanent bridge is completed. The speed limit has been reduced to 60 km/h at the site and advance warning signs are in place. Reduced weight restrictions are no longer in effect at this crossing. LUNENBURG COUNTY: Trunk 3, Gold River Bridge A one-lane bridge is open on Trunk 3 between Mahone Bay and Chester while the new Gold River Bridge is being built. Work is expected to continue until August. Traffic lights are in place. Traffic control consist of flashing lights, barrels and traffic cones. Work takes place from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. A detour is available on Route 331 and King Street in Bridgewater. ANNAPOLIS COUNTY: Highway 101 Highway 101, west of Exit 22 for about 11.5 kilometres, will be reduced to one lane for guardrail replacement, asphalt concrete milling, patching and paving until Wednesday, Sept. 30. Work takes place from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day. LUNENBURG COUNTY: Highway 103 Highway 103, east from Exit 10 for bout 9.5 kilometres, will be reduced to one lane for cold planing and paving until Saturday, May 30. Work takes place from sunrise to sunset. HALIFAX REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY: Highway 102 Highway 102, southbound, will have a one lane closure from Exit 4B to Exit 3, including ramps for about 4.6 kilometres, to replace the jersey barrier, widen, patch and repave the highway until Friday, July 31. Work takes place from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. KINGS COUNTY: Hantsport Kates Bridge on Tannery Road in Hantsport is closed for repairs until further notice. A detour is available on Avon Street. Work takes place from 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. HANTS COUNTY: Bog Road The Bog Road in Hantsport will be reduced to one lane with stop-and-go traffic to allow crews to complete the Bog Road overpass until Wednesday, May, 27. Signs will be in place. Work takes place from sunrise to sunset. KINGS COUNTY: Hillaton Road Hillaton Road will be closed for bridge repairs until further notice. A detour route is available from Route 221 to Route 358 to Saxon Street. Traffic control people are on site. Work takes place from sunrise to sunset. No work between 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. westbound and no work between 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. eastbound. Work will take place from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. HANTS COUNTY: Eastbound Ramp, Exit 8, Highway 101 Traffic on the eastbound on and off ramps of Highway 101 at Exit 8 near Hantsport will be reduced to one lane to allow for bridge painting. Work takes place from sunrise to sunset each day. Traffic will be controlled by traffic control people and signs. The work is scheduled to be completed on Wednesday, June 3. Drivers using the connector road to the eastbound lanes of Highway 101 at Exit 8 should allow extra time during this period.
