Mexican billionaire Carlos Slims Ora TV ends project with Trump over immigrant

NEW YORK, N.Y. – A TV company backed by Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim says it will scrap a project it was developing with real estate mogul Donald Trump because of comments he made about Mexican immigrants.Ora TV is the latest company to cut ties with the billionaire after remarks he made in his recent presidential campaign kickoff speech that some Mexican immigrants bring drugs and crime to the country and are rapists.NBC, Spanish-language network Univision and Mexican media giant Televisa have also said they would no longer be doing business with Trump.Ora TV on Tuesday did give any details about the project it had been developing with Trump. Three car collision causing delays on the M50

first_imgA THREE CAR collision on the M50 northbound at the M1/M50 Interchange is causing traffic delays this evening.According to AA Roadwatch, the delays go as far back to Junction 4 Ballymun.A garda spokesperson told TheJournal.ie that the collision has now been cleared to one side and emergency services are at the scene.No one was seriously injured in the incident but some passengers sustained minor injuries.The accident happened at about 4pm this afternoon.Gardaí are asking for witnesses to contact them.last_img
