Melora Hardin has feature film ambitions

first_imgMelora Hardin’s role as Jen on NBC’s “The Office” has been a great ride, but the actress clearly has feature-film ambitions both in front of and behind the camera. She recently finished directing her first feature film, “You,” in which she stars with Joely Fisher and Brenda Strong. She also has a role in “27 Dresses” with Katherine Heigl and James Marsden, due out in January. But first out of the gate is the sports spoof “The Comebacks,” premiering Friday. “I play the ultra-supportive wife who gets fed up with her loser coach husband and ultimately has to push him really hard to get him to pay attention,” she says. “I think `The Comebacks’ is just one of those hilarious, spoofy comedies.” 160Want local news?Sign up for the Localist and stay informed Something went wrong.
